Under O.C.G.A. § 33-24-59.31, a licensed insurance producer may offer, provide, sell, or purchase value-added products or services that are not included in an insurance policy, provided that:
- The products or services relate to the insurance coverage offered or purchased;
- They are offered in a nondiscriminatory manner;
- Selection is based on documented, objective criteria;
- The cost bears reasonable relationship to the insurance premium;
- The services are not already included in the policy; and
- They are primarily designed to reduce or mitigate risk.
Our software products are designed to help insurance professionals manage client relationships, communications, and documentation, directly supporting risk management and coverage outcomes for policyholders. These products are offered independently of any insurance transaction, and purchasing software does not create an insurance relationship or confer any benefit under any insurance policy.
