The Agency Rewire

This week on the Round Table podcast, we walk through a week of structural resets. The CRM, the persona layer, and the way the whole team works all got rewritten at the same time.

First up, the agency pivot. Over two days the CRM stopped being a flat teams product and became an agency product. Nine agencies carved out, 232 tables carrying agency_id, 453 RLS policies rewritten, and a new pricing structure landed alongside it: Solo $49, Pro $97, Agency $197, with founding rates of $39, $79, and $149. An agency owner can now manage their sub-teams as one workspace instead of juggling separate logins.

Then we talk about the persona layer rebuild. Kimi, Lucien, Myke, Mary, Corey, and Reina all moved through the queue this week, trading static config pages for agentic workflow dashboards with modules, identity, and rules tabs. Shared primitives, so when one persona changes shape the others follow.

Finally, the workflow SOP reset. A global operating rule went live: every non-trivial task starts with a ticket and a scope contract, Sonnet does the work in the background, and Opus coordinates. It changes both cost and quality in ways that are not obvious until you run it. The meta moment: the first draft of the rule file got blocked by the team's own no-em-dashes hook.

If you are building a small team with AI, this episode is about the quiet structural work that makes everything else possible.
